- 4 eggs
- large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 lb. vanilla wafers
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream sugar and oleo.

2Fold in eggs without beating.

3Stir in pineapple.

4Grind or crush vanilla wafers and alternate with pineapple mixture.

5Sprinkle with nuts and place in refrigerator to harden.

6Serve with whipped cream (optional).
