  • graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • crushed graham crackers (for sprinkling)

Directions

    Beat milk, cream cheese and lemon juice with a mixer until smooth. Add pineapple and stir. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers in a circle along top edge of pie to garnish before serving.
