  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

    Fry sausage until brown; cut in small pieces and place in bottom of shell.

    In bowl, beat eggs; add cream and nutmeg.
