Pineapple Nut Cake

- 3 eggs
- 1 medium size can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, slightly beat eggs.

2Add pineapple including juice, sugar, flour, soda and vanilla.

3Mix all ingredients well, then fold in nuts.

4Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Bake at 350° until toothpick comes out clean.

6Serve plain or with whipped cream.
