  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. baking soda

    Mix all ingredients, except nuts, by hand and bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
