- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
- No. 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Heat 3/4 cup liquid from pineapple plus water (if needed) to boiling.

2Remove from heat.

3Add Jell-O.

4Dissolve.

5Add ice cream until melted.

6Chill until thickened (10 to 15 minutes).

7Fold in pineapple.

8Turn into pie shell.
