  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Boil pineapple with sugar, margarine and cornstarch until it thickens.

    Pour into unbaked crust.

    Top with another crust.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then lower oven to 350° for 25 to 30 minutes until top crust is browned.
