  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
  • double crust pastry (frozen or homemade)

Directions

    Mix filling ingredients and pour into unbaked pastry shell. Put top pastry on, seal edges and make 4 slits evenly spaced on top.

    Bake at 350° about 1 hour or until brown.
