  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (in own juice; do not drain)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
  • 2 graham cracker crusts

    Beat pineapple and pudding for 2 minutes. Mix in sour cream. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts. Serve with a dash of whipped cream.
