  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers
  • 1 pkg. frozen French green beans
  • 1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 pkg. LeSueur peas
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp. dried mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can water chestnuts

Directions

    Cook green beans, lima beans and peas according to package directions.

    Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter and pour into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

    Melt butter.

    Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter.

    Top vegetable mixture. Cook at 350° for 20 minutes.
