  • dash of salt
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix dry ingredients and moisten with cold milk.

    Add egg yolks and vanilla.

    Stir mixture into hot milk; continue stirring until thick.
