- 3/4 c. pineapple (crushed, undrained)
- 3 c. flour (plain)
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. butter
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream shortening, butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each egg.

3Mix baking powder and flour; add to mixer.

4Add milk and vanilla; stir in pineapple.

5Pour in cool oven.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
