- 3 c. sugar
- pinch salt
- 2 c. vegetable shortening
- 10 eggs
- 3 c. all purpose flour
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly.

2Add flour 1 cup at a time, with 4 eggs alternately, adding 3 eggs each additional time. Add salt stir in pineapple with spatula.

3Pour in a greased tube pan and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
