Pineapple Raspberry Mold

- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry gelatin
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 chopped walnuts and pecans, mixed
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

2Add enough water to make 1 cup.

3Bring to boil.

4Add gelatin and dissolve.

5Break up cranberry sauce and add to gelatin.

6Chill until slightly thickened.

7Add pineapple and chopped nuts.

8Pour into 1-quart mold.

9Chill for about 4 hours.

10Unmold onto serving plate. Yields 6 servings.
