- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 lb. vanilla wafers
Directions

1Cream butter well; add sugar slowly and mix well.

2Drop in egg yolks; beat 1/2 hour.

3Add vanilla, nuts and pineapple. Arrange layer of crumbs in buttered pan, then a layer of fruit mixture and then crumbs, continuing until pan is filled.

4Top with crumbs.
