- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
- 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

3In small skillet, cook and stir celery and onion in margarine for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
