- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 24 marshmallows
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. nutmeats
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Drain juice from pineapple; add water to make at least 2 cups. Heat to boiling; add eggs, sugar, cornstarch and salt which have been beaten together.

2Cook until thick; remove from heat and add marshmallows.

3When dissolved, add pineapple and vanilla; cool, then add Cool Whip and nuts.
