- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 c. crushed pecans
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Drain pineapple juice in saucepan; set aside.

2Mix nuts, pineapple and marshmallows together, then set aside.

3Mix butter, pineapple juice, sugar and cornstarch.

4Heat on low, always stirring, until mixture thickens and turns a clear color.

5Remove from heat.

6Beat eggs, then mix into your sauce.

7Let cool, then add 2 marshmallows.
