- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 8 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 6 slices bread
- 18 or 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Beat the eggs.

2Add the sugar and a small handful flour (less than 1/4 cup) to eggs.

3Remove crusts and tear up the bread.

4Mix with butter.

5Add bread and butter mixture to beaten eggs.

6Add the undrained pineapple.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour in buttered casserole (1 1/2-quart).
