- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 slices bread
Directions

1Mix together the pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour.

2Melt butter.

3Tear 3 slices of bread into pieces and place in a greased casserole or round pie plate.

4Drizzle butter over pieces of bread.

5Add pineapple mixture; stir slightly to mix.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
