- 2 cups Flour
- 6 whole Eggs
- 4 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice

22. Heat flat-bottomed frying pan on medium heat with a small amount of butter.

33. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the frying pan. Tilt and rotate the pan to spread out the batter as thin as possible.

44. Using a spatula, flip over the crepe when the bottom side starts to turn golden brown in some areas (about 30 seconds to one minute). Do the same for the other side.

55. Repeat steps 2-4 for each crepe, adding butter to the pan before each crepe if desired. Adjust heat setting if necessary.

6Crepes can be stacked on a plate as they are cooked. Serve with maple syrup and fruit.
