  • 1 c. skim or nonfat milk
  • 1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple (no sugar added), chilled
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut or rum extract
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar substitute to taste (optional)
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

    In blender container combine milk, pineapple, extract and, if desired, sugar substitute.
