Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 box brown sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 6 maraschino cherries
Directions

1Mix cake mix according to directions on the box.

2Melt margarine in iron skillet on top of melted margarine.

3Dot with maraschino cherries.

4Pour cake mix on top.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until tested with toothpick.

6Turn upside down on plate to serve.

7This cake is larger than a regular plate size. Use a meat platter plate.
