- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. pineapple, sliced
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- cherries on top
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Place melted margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

3Sprinkle brown sugar over butter and lay in the pineapple.

4Prepare cake batter; combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened.

5Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Cool in pan 10 minutes.

7Turn pan upside-down.

8Top with cherries in pineapple if desired.
