- 300 ml cream
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons chives, snipped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan.

2Place potatoes in a large baking dish.

3Combine remaining ingredients.

4Pour over potatoes and toss to combine.

5Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

6Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes, until potatoes and tender and golden.
