- 3 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. shredded zucchini
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Beat first 4 ingredients until thick.

2Stir in remaining ingredients gradually; blend well.

3Pour into 2 greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Test with cake tester.

6It should come out clean.
