  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • 1 large box cherry Jell-O
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Heat pineapple and sugar.

    Boil for 5 minutes.

    Remove from stove and add dry Jell-O.

    Cool.

    Add cream cheese and blend well. Add Cool Whip and spread in 9 x 13-inch container.

    Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
