  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. red jello
  • 1 pt. cream, whipped
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 angel food cake
  • sour cream

Directions

    Bring egg yolks (beaten), milk and sugar to a boil and cool to thin custard.

    Add jello, cool completely and whip.

    Whip the cream; add crushed pineapple.
  4. 4
    Beat egg whites and combine all ingredients.
  5. 5
    Break angel food cake and line the bottom of a pan. Pour mixture on top of cake layer.

    Repeat layers as before in pan.

    Put some sour cream over top of mixture in pan about an hour before serving.
