  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. cooked (drained) or No. 300 can pinto beans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. chopped raw apples
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Cream margarine, sugar and egg.

    Add drained beans; beat, then add dry ingredients.

    Fold in apples, nuts and raisins.

    Bake in Bundt pan for one hour at 325°.
