  • 1 c. cooked pinto beans, drained and mashed
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • pecan halves

    Using a spoon, mix together sugar, beans and butter.

    Add eggs, coconut and vanilla.

    Stir until well mixed.

    Pour into pie shell.
