  • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, juice and all
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 unbaked 9-inch pie shells

Directions

    In blender blend beans and juice. Add sugar slowly.

    Add eggs, blend.

    Add margarine and blend.

    Stir in nuts. Pour into the 3 pie shells.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
