  • 8 ounces frozen puff pastry
  • 8 ounces liver pate
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Thaw pastry and heat oven to 400*.

    Roll dough thinly and cut into 3 inch squares, then cut in half to folm triangles.

    Place 1 tsp of liver pate on one half of the triangles, then cover and press edges to seal.

    Arrange triangles on a greased baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
