  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine melted
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 2 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix (can use lemon, if desired)
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. nuts chopped

    Preheat oven at 375°.

    Mix with a mixer, pudding and milk, blend until set. Spread over cream cheese layer; spread remaining cool whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
