  • 1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box pistachio flavored instant pudding mix
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease a 12-inch Bundt pan.

    Blend cake mix, pudding mix, club soda, oil and eggs in a large bowl of electric mixer.

    Beat until well blended.

    Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

    Invert on wire rack and cool completely. Sprinkle confectioners sugar over the top of cake.
