- 1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz.) box pistachio flavored instant pudding mix
- 1 c. club soda
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 12-inch Bundt pan.

3Blend cake mix, pudding mix, club soda, oil and eggs in a large bowl of electric mixer.

4Beat until well blended.

5Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

6Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

7Invert on wire rack and cool completely. Sprinkle confectioners sugar over the top of cake.
