- 2 sticks butter (1 c.)
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 (1 oz. each) pkg. pistachio pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Directions

1Barely melt butter.

2Add flour and nuts.

3Pat into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

4Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

5Cool completely. Mix cream cheese with sugar and Cool Whip.

6Put on cake when cooled.

7Mix pudding with milk and extract.

8Blend until thick. Pour over second layer.

9Top with Cool Whip.

10Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
