1Heat the oven to 400°.

2Combine the oil, cumin, cayenne pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

3Split the pitas in half.

4Brush the cut side of each half with the flavored oil.

5Stack the pitas and cut them into quarters.

6Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
