- 3 (7 1/2 ounce) cans buttermilk biscuits (10 ct)
- 60 pepperoni slices (2 per biscuit)
- 8 ounces cheese (Colby or Monterey Jack or Mozzarella, grated cheese taste better )
- 1 egg, beaten
- parmesan cheese
- italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- 24 ounces pizza sauce
Directions

1Slice cheese into approximately 28 squares (or if using cheese stix, cut in 3rds).

2Flatten each biscuit and stack pepperoni and cheese on top.

3Gather edges of biscuit and secure on top of roll.

4Line rolls in greased 9x13 pan.

5Brush with beaten egg.

6Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning & garlic powder.

7Bake at 425F for 18-20 minutes.

8Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

9(You don't have to use parmesan cheese, it tastes good with others too).
