Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large onion, diced
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 to 2 lb. roll sausage (I use 2 lb. hot)
  • Italian sausage, remove skins
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag rotini pasta
  • 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce (I use 27.5 oz.) Garden Harvest)
  • 1 small jar Pizza Quick sauce
  • 2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Fry onion and pepper in margarine. Add ground beef and sausage.

    Fry until no longer red.

    Cook pasta according to directions.

    Mix all ingredients with sauces.

    Put in one 9 x 13-inch or two 8 x 11-inch oblong Pyrex.

    Top with pepperoni and cheese.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly or until cheese melts.

    Freezes well.
