- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Let stand 5 minutes.

3Stir in flour, salt and oil.

4Knead until a smooth ball.

5Let rise in a greased, covered bowl about 10 minutes.

6Pat in a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.

7Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.

8I double this recipe for an easier to handle, thicker crust!
