- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast over warm water; stir until dissolved.

2Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar and salt.

3Add egg and 1 tablespoon oil; stir until smooth and glossy.

4Stir in 2 cups flour.

5Knead dough 10 minutes.

6Put in a greased bowl.

7Let rise 1 hour.

8Punch down and divide in half.

9Makes 2 pizza crusts.

10Brush lightly with oil.
