- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, salt and butter; mix thoroughly.

3Add 1/2 of the flour; beat until no lumps. Gradually add remaining flour.

4Knead dough for 5 minutes.

5Take half of the dough; roll out to a circle 12 inches in diameter. Place on greased cookie sheet.

6Leave edges a little thicker than middle.

7Repeat with other half of dough.

8Let rise 20 to 30 minutes.

9Brush the tops with salad oil.
