- 1 pkg. yeast
- 4 1/2 c. flour (approximately)
- 1 1/2 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- olive oil
Directions

1Mix yeast, salt, sugar and 2 cups flour.

2Put flour mix into water; mix well. Add remaining flour to make a sticky dough.

3Flip over in greased bowl and let double in size, about 1 hour.

4Punch down.

5Roll out, using a little flour, to desired pan size.

6Place on greased pizza pan and let sit 15 minutes.

7Lightly brush top of dough with olive oil.

8Bake on top rack of oven for 15 minutes at 400°.

9Top as desired and finish baking for approximately 20 minutes.
