- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in medium bowl.

2Combine flour, salt and sugar in separate bowl.

3Add flour mixture and oil to yeast. Stir

4well.

5Turn out onto lightly floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 6 to 8 minutes.

6Lightly grease bowl.

7Place dough in bowl; turn once to grease top surface. Cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours.
