  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Campbell's Italian tomato soup (save the Campbell's label for U.M.W.)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown and drain beef; stir in soup, don't add water.

    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.

    Place biscuits in greased muffin tins pressing down to cover bottom and sides. Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture into biscuit lined cups. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 400° for 12 minutes.

    Yields 12 Pizza Cups.
