Ingredients
- 1 lb. Carlonia rice
- 1 stick butter
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 large can redi-bread crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Colona Parmesan cheese
- 2 qt. water
- 1/2 gal. Wesson oil
Directions

1Place in a large pot butter and onion.

2Let saute.

3Add 2 quarts of water; bring to boil.

4Add rice; let rice cook until tender.

5Add egg whites, pepper, salt and cheese; mix well. Remove from heat.

6Let cool for 1 hour.

7When cool, shape into balls and dip into egg yolks and bread crumbs.

8(Could be stuffed with meat or cheese.)

9Deep fry balls until brown.
