Ingredients
- 6 c. canned whole kernel corn
- 1 1/2 c. canned milk or cream
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, cubed
Directions

1Heat and drain corn.

2In mixing bowl lightly beat eggs.

3Add milk, onion, salt, pepper and most of the cheese.

4Stir well and add corn.

5Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Cube margarine or butter over top.

7Sprinkle with bread crumbs on top, then remaining cheese.

8Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.

9Serves 12 to 14.
