Ingredients
- 1/4 c. lard
- 1/2 c. milk, scalded
- 1 pkg. dry or 1 cake compressed yeast
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Add lard to scalded milk and cool to lukewarm.

2Add crumbled yeast and let soften for about 10 minutes.

3Add flour and salt and mix thoroughly.

4Knead dough for about 5 minutes.

5Place on greased cookie sheet or round pizza pan.

6Cover with towel and let stand in warm place until doubled in size.

7Add Pizza Topping as desired after punching down dough and patting 1/8 to 1/4-inch thickness.

8Bake in hot oven at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
