- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. unbleached flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast on warm water; stir to dissolve.

2Add 2 cups flour and the salt.

3Beat thoroughly.

4Stir in remaining flour. Turn onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth.

5Place in lightly greased bowl; turn dough over to grease top.

6Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.

7Turn onto board and knead enough to force out bubbles.

8Divide in half. Roll each half out and stretch to fit an oiled 12-inch pizza pan. Top with favorite toppings and bake at 425°.

9This recipe doubles and triples nicely to feed bigger crowds.
