Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 12 cups warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- cornmeal, for pizza stone
Directions

1Mix water and yeast and let stand for 10 minutes.

2Add 2 cups of flour and mix well.

3Let stand for 1 to 2 hours in a warm place.

5Add salt and olive oil and mix.

6Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time to form a dough.

7Dump onto floured board and knead for 10 minutes, adding flour to board as needed to prevent sticking.

10Place dough in oiled bowl and turn to coat.

11Cover with towel and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

12Punch down and divide into two.

13Roll each out on floured board to 12 inches in diameter.

14Transfer to a pizza peel coated with cornmeal.

15Bake at 450 degrees for 12-13 minutes.
