- 16 ounces warm water
- 2 ounces dry packet yeast
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds high gluten flour
- 1/2 ounces salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2In a small container, combine the warm water and yeast, and stir.

3In a large bowl combine the flour and salt, and mix together with the yeast and water.

4Mix together until a dough forms, and knead until smooth and elastic.

5The dough should be firm with a slight spring.

6Place dough in an oiled bowl, and cover until dough rises and doubles in size, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

7Once the dough has risen, scrape dough from bowl onto a floured surface.

8Knead again, and shape into a disc.

9Cover dough and let rise again for about 45 minutes.

10After the second rising, stretch dough out and shape it for your pizza.

11Dress the pizza as you wish, and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
